Want a laser printer for med school. My inkjet has seen better days and ink is expensive (and seems to go every five days even though I use fast draft mode)

Prefer an auto-duplex.

Thats teh cheapest auto-duplex with networking that I've seen.

Anyone know of anything cheaper, and if not is that worth it?

Newegg is selling a laser for 55, no duplex, no networking. I keep asking myself if it is really worth spending more than 100$ more just for those two features.

This place has it refurb for 125, but the problem is that the toner cartridge is probably used up (or close to it) so I'd end up dropping 60$ on a new one anyway

Why is Auto-Duplex a "must have" feature?

Why do I need a 22" wide screen monitor?

Cuts down on costs and gives a sense of satisfaction for being a tree hugger.

Seriously, I love my printer because it prints on both sides of the page.

Yeah that too. Its not just the desire to save paper though. ITs having half as much paper to carry around. Your folders are so much thinner when you print double sided, and it doesn't feel quite as bad.

I have an HP P2055DN laser autoduplex and I love it. A little expensive but it costs like .03 per page for ink

Those two look great, but are definitely more $$ than I'm looking to spend.
