Automatic (non-screened) secondaries?

    This question has probably been addressed in some previous thread, however I was not successful at finding the answer with the search feature.

    Which schools do not screen for the secondaries, and send them automatically? I know the UCs screen, what about the privates? Any information would be very helpful. Thanks!

    Ohio state waits until after verification. Dont know if they screen or not..

    I pulled that off another thread from last August so it should be mostly up to date.

    Edit: Notice too that these are mostly state schools. Private schools like to take your money and make you think you've got a chance.

    I wanna be the first to mention Southern Illinois does screen out for secondaries. They are very stringent. I got an email with my secondary stating only 1/3 of the applicants actually get to this point.

    Yes, they don't admit OOS people, so it's pointless to apply there unless you're IS, of course. I hope the 2/3 that got cut out weren't OOS applicants..

    South Carolina screens? News to me... must not have very stringent screening, since I got a secondary right away.
