average age for entering med students

hey guys,

i was just wondering what the average age of an entering med studet was? how old are you guys?

The average age of 1st-year medical students can be found <a href="http://www.aamc.org/data/facts/famg122001a.htm" target="_blank">here.</a>

It's been 23.7 for the past four years and a bit older 23.8 for the several years before that.
At the bottom of the above link it shows the percentile ranks for age of matriculants for th past ten years.

I'm up in the 95th percentile as I'll be 32 later this year and will be beginning my first year of medical school this August.

I am also older-33 at matriculation.

I guess it sort of balances out.

I'm 22 and my friend is 21.
