Avg vacation time for attending orthopod?

The last thread I found on this topic was quite a few years old, so I've decided to ask again... I realize that orthopedic surgeons work a lot of hours as with most surgical specialties, but how much vacation time does the average guy/gal get once they're done with residency? I realize that this could vary a lot, especially between academia and private practice, but I'd just like some people to chime in with their experiences and whatever they know about others in the field as well.

Most of my ortho partners (13 of 'em) are taking 4-6 weeks/year - most places you can take what you want as long as your share of call is covered, just the more vacation you take, the less you generate, and usually, the less you get paid. Some guys will take an entire month off at a time, then nothing all year, others spread it around.
