Avoiding Medicaid/Medicare Fraud

I am an independent contractor for a substance abuse clinic and conduct their psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Most of these patients are Medicaid and Medicare patients. I do my job diligently but they do their own billing. I wonder what my responsibility is if they are misrepresenting information, upbilling or incorrectly billing---which I do not think they are. Medicaid/Medicare fraud is a serious issue and I want no parts of it. Thoughts.
