Most people consider away rotation to be audition rotation, which can be stressful since you have to be on your A game everyday. But has anyone ever done away rotation for fun? as in doing a rotation in something chill not related to your specialty like derm or radiology, so you can visit friends/live with family/enjoy the city,etc..
My advisor was telling me how when he was an MS4, he did away rotation on forensic pathology in Texas and then radiology in NY and he had a blast. Just wondering if other people has done things like this too
