B12 Injections

Had a patient show me this video asking if we could try this instead of her planned trigger point injections... anyone seen this?

I don't believe this is a real thread. Explain that B12 deficiency is damaging to nerves but surplus is useless. Be a doctor.

Doesn't need to aspirate before he injects, cuz it's all subQ anyway lol

I guess he doesn't want to infect his hand with whatever is on the plunger?
