Does anyone have a specific injection/treatment protocol for "back mice", those tender fibro-fatty nodules in the lumbosacral region?

If a patient is convinced that they hurt, I will inject them with 1% plain lidocaine. If they report they got relief, I'll offer to perform excision as office based. Fun, simple, and if it makes them feel better.....
