btw what material are u using ? the study pattern will vary accordingly i guess .

we can jus discuss q's , that ways it shud be fine too.

hey hi i am using deck and kaplan notes i am finding it difficult so if we discuss it then it will be easy for me and i will get ur help too to solve my probs

Hey , i dont have kaplan notes is it worth it ? Did u order it online ?
Anyways even i need to discuss, it helps...... else we keep studying haphazardly .

Q 1.how long does 2% glutaraldehyde soln take to kill bacterial spores on dental instruments ?

Q 2. members of which species are predominant in saliva ?
-actinomyces
-veillonella
-streptococcus
-staphylococcus

Is it M tuberculosis?

yes, ideally spores of bacillus stearothermophillus for high level infection, but
M tuberculosis is also used for intermediate leve infection detection.

these spores , are resistant to dry heat , hence steam under pressure is required to detect their ability . hope it helps, pls keep posting q's further.

members of Streptococcus species especially alpha-hemolytic species ie Viridans species are predominant in saliva.

S.mutans, S.salivarius. S.sanguis, S.mitis.
