For the first two years of my biomed undergrad degree i had some health problems and i was in out the hospital missing lots of class and my marks had reflected them very much. For the last two years i have had a 4.0 GPA. I have not taken my Mcat yet and Im taking it this summer. I had worked in a cadaver lab as a dissector and a teacher of anatomy outreach programs. I also volunteer with a physio therapy clinic.

What are my chances of getting into any med-school in Ontario?
Please don't sugar coat it just tell it how it is.

I know nothing about Canadian med schools, but if you were here in the states I'd tell you this:

A lot of your chances will boil down to your MCATs and how broadly you apply (especially by applying to D.O. schools). Also, you'll need some excellent LOR's to assure the adcoms that you're able to keep up the 4.0.

Kick butt on the MCAT and you'll be in a better position to re-evaluate.
