i am a student at baylor. baylor medicine is not malignant, but it is a 'hard' program in that you work hard. however, most attendings are good, the residency director is very resident-friendly, interaction b/w residents is excellent. people are happy with the program, the experience, the teaching, it's just that you see alot of patients and will work hard.
almost all residents who apply for cards fellowship from baylor get it (i think last year 11-12 out of 12 got a cards fellowship).
