Medicine is a cool profession and because of this many people want to join the ranks.

At the end of the day can you really blame the gunners? Consider how much of an advantage you have just by knowing about SDN.

Gunners will be gunners but you are gonna have to accept that they will be your eventual colleagues whether you like it or not.

i will accept it if they can accept that im not any less of a doctor just b/c i didnt agonize over that last point on the exam. i take my pts seriously and never myself.
