Berkeley Review books editions 2010 vs 2012

I'm using the 2010 edition to study for the Jan 2014 mcat. Does anyone know if the Berkeley Review 2010 edition has many differences from the 2012 one? Is it worth ditching the 2010 books and buying the new ones? Thanks!
