Berkeley/UCSF JMP, anyone?

Has anyone out there been admitted to this program? I got a letter saying I was 'on a list from which members of the class and waitlist will be drawn,' in MAY. I'm wondering if they've already filled the class, and this is similar to an alternate list, or what. Any insights about the JMP admissions process would be MOST appreciated...Thanks!

My friend got accepted to this program. The specifics of her acceptance, I do not know. I believe she was accepted after February.

my friend also got accepted to this. unfortunatley, he's dead-set on going, so i guess that's one spot gone. don't they accept only 8 people a year? wow
