Best Bang for my Buck

I need the best bang for my buck. What is the best single MCAT prep book? I study best by rewriting what I am reading into note cards and reviewing that... if that makes any differences.

If you already have a science background, I really like EK's complete study package (only $110 on Amazon, here: http://www.amazon.com/Examkrackers-...5838414?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1189676489&sr=8-1) -- the information's already highly compressed, so it's very easy to transfer to note cards. It sounds like you study much like I do

ExamKrackers did the trick for me, too. I spent about $200 on their books, and I feel I got the most bang for my buck. As long as you have the discipline to study night after night on a consistent basis, I don't see why you would need to sign up for those expensive prep courses.
