Best Biochemistry book for Step 1

For those of you who have taken Step 1, what book would you recommend for Biochemistry? It seems like Lippincott's is excellent, although maybe a little too much depth. On the other hand, I have read posts that say that First Aid is enough, and that can't be accurate because the Biochemistry section of FA is rather short. What about Rapid Review or High-Yield or BRS? What are the pro's and con's of each? Thanks for your time and help.
