The Requisites Neuroradiology book by Grossman and Yousem is fantastic - as mentioned.
You can also try Diagnostic Neuroradiology by Anne Osborn, and the possibly out of print Handbook of Neuroradiology by Anne Osborn (coat pocket friendly).
The Greenberg Handbook of Neurosurgery offers a good neuroradiology section in addition to plenty of extremely relevant neurology, neurophysiology, neuroanatomy, neuro-otology, and neuro-ophthamology. Not to mention it is primarily a fine surgical handbook and fits in your coat pocket.
For further anatomical correlation and expertise, I would also recommend Atlas of the Human Skull, by Sampson, Montogmery, and Henryson, and Neuroanatomy: An Atlas of Structures, Sections, and Systems by Duane E. Haines. The latter is the best-selling neuro atlas worldwide and accompanies Dr. Haines's textbook - Fundamental Neuroscience for Basic and Clinical Applications.
And because I cannot resist...you can also try Dr. Albert Rhoton's Cranial Anatomy and Surgical Approaches for in depth study of neuroanatomy and neurovascular microanatomy.
