I took my Step 2 yesterday. Got a 249 on my Step 1 and feel better about this one than I did on that one. If I had it to do again I would study for 16 days.
1st- Read and heavily annotate "Crush Step 2" (4 days)
2nd- Take half of all the tests in Qbook and annotate (3days)
3rd- Read and note "Boards and Wards" (4days)
4th- Take NBME self-assesment exam to evaluate strengths and weaknesses (1 day)
5th- Take the rest of Qbook and annotate (3days)
6th- Review any weak areas and go over my own notes.(1 day)
The day and night before the exam I would review weak areas, brief biostats, and get a massage.
Day of the Exam: Rock It!

I swear I had approx 15 duplicate questions from Qbank and another 5-10 from the NBME exam.

235 is a very good score, congratulations. My wife got into Radiology last year with a 226 on Step 1. She decided not to take Step 2 before applying becasue she did not think that she would do any better. Turns out she was right. She Scored 208 on Step 2. I scored 249 on Step 1 and I decided to take Step 2 very early in my fourth year (yesterday). I felt that I would do well and make myself irresistible to competetive programs. If you are a great test-taker, then take Step2 early, if not, take it late. 235 will get your foot in the door anywhere.
