Best books for surgery rotation

Surgery will be my first rotation..i've read a lot of threads about the best books to use for the rotation and shelf, just wondering if I'm missing anything or if anything should be removed?

-NMS Surgery casebook
-Surgical Recall
-Case Files
-Pre Test
-Pestana (Where can I find this - are these notes or audio files?)
-UWorld Step 2 Q bank

Anything I am missing? How about Kaplan notes? Or First aid for surgery?

Also did you guys use any textbooks for nightly reading, or just read a little from these books on a nightly basis and do questions?
