Best chapters in Goljan's Rapid Review

I don't have that much time, but wanted to review parts of goljan. I know people like his book, but what are some of his best chapters? Better yet, if you had 3 chapters to choose which ones would you choose and why. Comments welcomed.

If I were you, I'd pick three systems where I feel weak in and focus on those. What trips you up? I think he explains renal failure really well, also differentiating jaundice. People like how he explains hematology-so whatever is confusing to you dive into it and become unconfused.

Renal, CV, respiratory. Read everything GI related after that.

it just takes forever to get through them, for me at least..
