I graduated last may and am now in grad school and I really need to brush up on my chemistry. I got A's in gen chem 1 and 2 but learned absolutely nothing and it hurt me pretty bad when it came time to try to review for the MCAT last year. I plan on retaking the MCAT next summer and I was initially planning on taking a chem course at a local university, but looking at my schedule for grad school I don't think it would be smart to add an extra undergrad chem course.
Anyone know what books would help me out the most?

Phht, books...

All you really need to learn chemistry is a periodic table, a bunson burner, whatever's under the sink, and a coffee mug with the handle broken off.

Check out the MCAT forum. You really don't need to learn all of general chemistry; just the concepts that are pertinent to the MCAT. As such, your best bet is probably a review book (something along the lines of a Kaplan or EK book should get you started).
