US News and World Report has held the monopoly on med school rankings for too long. I say we show the world what the real deal is.

With distinguished alumni such as Dr. Nick, I cannot understand how HUMC is behind in this poll.

well, it's not all about which school is better ranked... Where did you feel more comfortable? Do you have in-state tuition for any of these? How are the financial aid packages? How close or far are you away from family and is this important to you? Do you think you'd like PBL or traditional ? There are a lot of questions that go in to this...

Naw, I can't keep up with the pre-allo crowd. I'd like to get in on every thread, but I do have to study sometimes.

Under my previous guise, I think that I was down to about 6 posts/day. As CM, I'm hovering near 18.

I'd have to say that with this avatar, more people seem to read my posts. You think that I oughta slip a topless one in there? I can just have it flash for less than a second to keep you guessing like "Hey wait, was that what I thought I saw??????"

Because Hogwart's School of Medicine only accepts magically-gifted students, so obviously it'd be much cooler to be able to go there than a normal school like HUMC. :p

Man, Hollywood Upstairs Medical College is far and above the premiere institution out of these three. Their training is top-notch, above reproach, and...wait, I smell gas...pleasant gas...night-night gas...

Well remember, while many students at magic league schools attended magic league undergrads, its still possible to get in otherwise. Also keep in mind, attending a magic league school is neither a garuntee of, nor prerequisite for, later success.

Yes, but the Simpsons gives asians some great publicity and shines light on what asians are really like with everyone ranging from Apu to Akira to Cookie Kwan.

The only doctors in any of the X-teams I can think of off the top of my head are Moira McTaggert and Henry McCoy. I doubt they're MDs.

You can scratch that choice off the list.

Simpsons is produced or drawn or something by a Korean production company so I don't know about the Harry Potter > simposons conclusion

Well Moira McTaggert has acted in a clinical capacity time and again, ie: during the Brood attacks and the Genesis series. And Beast acts as the X-men's doctor.
