What is the best review book for OB/GYN - both questions and just general notes?

Blueprints is short and easily manageable - I read it in two full days prior to the shelf exam. It is not enough if you want to ace the shelf. NMS is very detailed, so does cover everything. It is somewhat of a boring read. Pretest I found extremely difficult, and thus, discouraging. So, depending on your comfort level with what you've read so far and what your aspirations are choose wisely.

I agree with dankatzzz, for the average MSIII Blueprints is the book to get! It's well written, nicely organized, and concise yet sufficient.

I would also recommend Beckmann for OB/GYN.
