I am adding pictures to a student publication on ophthalmology.

Does anyone know where I can get non-copyrighted images for ophthalmology easier?

The good images seem to be all copyrighted?

I'm wondering where I can get good images without having to search here and there which is not very convenient.

Also, are copyrighted images the ones with the text on them?
