Best source for cervical cancer management

I need help finding a good reliable source that presents the Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia protocol in an understandable way. Like when to do colpo versus recheck pap in 6 months, LEEP etc. I'm trying to prevent missing questions on Step 2. All I have are the extremely vague algorithms put out by the ASCCP. I do not have ACOG access.
