Best Study Course for Verbal Reasoning

Please forgive me for asking this question as I know it has been addressed multiple times. I looked through several old threads and couldn't find the ones that specifically asked: which is the best course for studying for MCAT Verbal: EK or Kaplan?
By the way, if someone has a link to a thread where this question is extensively answered, that would also be much appreciated.
