Marino should be enough. If you want more/different, try Marini's Essentials.
 
Uggh... Am I the only one who can't stand Marino's 500+ page editorial? It might be a great book for medical students and nurses. Might be. You don't need a textbook.

For ICU you want to know the latest in how to treat sepsis, manage the vent, and how to start and titrate sedation and pressors/inotropes. That will put you leagues ahead of your fellow rotators.
