I was accepted in October, but didn't start looking until Feb/March. Though I know one of my classmates started looking in Dec/Jan. But I think it depends on where you go. Do they have plenty of housing? Does the school offer any help? (my school compiled a booklet every year of people in the area that rented to students) Are you going to a big city or a rural area?
