Wondering the same thing. Saw a thread that said Case Files + AAFP questions, maybe ambulatory section of Step Up to Medicine.

Some more opinions in this thread: How to study for Family Medicine NBME shelf exam?

I think I posted this somewhere else too, but I used the AAFP questions (with caution, as many are out of date on guidelines), these practice questions: Family Medicine Clerkship, ambulatory chapter of SUTM, Firecracker, and my own Anki deck from the practice questions and USPSTF guidelines. I recommend memorizing all the A and B level USPSTF guidelines and the adult vaccine schedule. Also know the JNC 8 guidelines.

I ended up with a 94 raw, but I had already had medicine and peds, which helped.
