Examkrackers (books and FL's) & Khan academy videos. That's all I used and I felt super prepared.

I took the old version and if I could go back and do it again- I was so worried about knowing the content that I spent way too much time on that, than I did timed practice sections. I wish I had almost exclusively done the practice timed sections. If you review your sections after the exam, it explains the answers and solutions, and you can get most of your content that way. Plus you start to pick up on certain trigger phrases or question styles that lead you into the same predictable traps.

I paid for the in class Kaplan course, thinking that it would force me to study if i had to show up every week. But Honestly their online modules are just as good/better IMO. Worth the price.
