Is there a section of SDN where people post information, opinions, perspectives, etc. on individual med schools? The school specific threads seem to be mostly (or entirely) about each school's application process. The X vs Y threads are comparative analyses focused on individual characteristics as they relate to student needs/interests. Is there a section where people chat about specific schools, current and former students post reflections, etc.? Thanks!

Sometimes current students lurk in the school specific threads and are willing to answer questions.

Also I found out way too late in the application process that the MCAT and GPA stats listed on the school finder part of the SDN website are way out of date. Many posted average MCAT scores were 2-4 points lower than the actual recent averages.

The interview feedback forum can be helpful for that venue.

But as Dr Faust points out, use the school specific forums.

honestly, there is some pretty large facebook premed groups and I've seen a couple of students post questions about asking about certain schools and applicants/current students answer them. you can def try asking there
