For now, BID is not cutting residency programs...but it looks like they might have to eventually:

It's sad, because it seems like such a good program. The consultant is saying that it costs too much to have residents since they order more tests...do they really think that it would be a cost-cutting measure to keep faculty in the hospital the same hours as the residents?
