Can you please tell me which state is easiest to get resident (aka in-state) status for a certain time re-locate (aka moving)? I knew some states give the resident status to newcomers after 1 year. I figured I will go for this path to be a pharmacist.

Beside, which state has good foodbanks program (aka whenever needed)?
