Better to take Step 1 after internal??

Hey guys,

I 'm 4th year in med school right now in Prague, and I was planning to take the step 1 at the end of this year , cause i ll have pharmacology done by then.

However, I talked with some people that already took the exam, and they strongly suggested that I do it after my 5th year here, cause thats when I ll have the internal medicine done, which will make everything much simpler as they said..

Is there anyone that already took the step 1 to give me his/her opinion or any advice?
