From what I've been told, snail mail. But I happened to email Alice today, and she told me they just had their adcom meeting and I was accepted. So you should be hearing soon. Gl!

Four years ago it was sent via snail mail. You may be able to gently coerce good information arom Alice, bad information will be in the form of a letter.
