Hey All,
I'm a 4th year in SF and will be doing a few away rotations in the next few months. I'm looking for anyone interested in anyone who might need housing in San Francisco over the next few months. It wouldn't be a sub-lease as this is not allowed by my leasing company, but more of an agreement between you and I. It's a pretty decent sized studio in the heart of The Marina District in SF. Fully furnished..... HD TV... Cable Internet and a garage parking spot!!!!! Anyone who has lived in SF knows that a parking spot is worth more than gold!!!!
So, the monthly rent is $1500, but like I said....... it's negotiable. Just let me know how long you'd need to stay and we can work something out.
