As a US trained osteopathic physician, can you bill for OMM/OMT while practising in Canada?

I highly doubt it, as it would have to somehow be given a provincial insurance billing code. Given how absurdly uncommon DO's currently are in Canada I would be astonished if that were the case.

So I'd assume the only way to be compensated for OMM/OMT would be for the patient to pay cash

Ignorant to Canadian billing... sounds like there are no ICD 9 codes?
