What do you guys think is better? I started reading the Berkeley bio books but am noticing that it is going into too much detail. Seems more like a biochem review as opposed to a bio review so far. I get the feeling that I am wasting my time with that one, what does everyone else think? I have the EK and Kaplan bio books as well but have not looked at them yet. Which is the best one?

Most ppl prefer EK, but I used Kaplan and liked it. It goes in good detail for important concepts which I liked...Both are good I believe tho.

You should use EK Bio first before BR or any other book.. You may want to use the BR book as a reference.. Also, you may want to use the BR book for their passages, especially in the genetics section (I hear the genetics part in BR is great) and the passages from the first book - the first book is not as detailed as the second one
