I understand the psych subject test is required by many programs. Would a biology one help, if I'm applying to biopsych and neuropsych programs?

It's an interesting question, but having finished my neuropsych interviews I'd say that there's really no reason to take it. I haven't heard anyone who had taken it either. The only time that I might suggest it is if you took a significant amount of bio coursework and didn't do well in the courses - then you might want the subject test to show that you can do well on the bio material.
