Board focused study groups

Hey, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to group study for the boards? I studied with a group of my classmates during first year and it was really successful for our class exams, but we aren't sure how to alter fit our group study to be more board focused.

What things have you done as a study group that you found to be helpful for board prep?
