Board review book suggestions?

Now that the Mass Gen book is out of print and impossible to find for under $200, I'd like to get suggestions for alternatives. Is the APPI one any good? (http://www.appi.org/book.cfm?id=62237) I'm not taking boards anytime soon, I am currently on a leave of absence from residency and am looking for a good review book to keep my knowledge base up while I'm not working.
