board scores after interview?

Hi all!

Just wondering...how much do board scores matter AFTER you've gotten an invite to interview, i.e. when they formulate their rank order lists?

All things being pretty much equal, board scores still play a role.

Are you talking about just-received Step 2 scores, or your Step 1's??
