Let's suppose a man likes to wear women's underwear to work. Nothing too kinky, just daily to work under his usual Dockers. Let's suppose he doesn't crossdress in any other capacity, doesn't overtly endorse being aroused by thinking about himself as a woman (autogynophilia) and denies any gender dysphoria. Now, according to spiegal/kenny this is fettishism because of the intent--he just likes the touch/the feel of cotton (clearly he's never been forced into a g-string). However, according to FOCUS he's straight up transvestic (with a fetishistic component, I reckon). Anyone care to explain the difference in these answers on this pressing, titillating topic?
