For vignettes, Yao & Artusio (Problem-Oriented Patient Management) is probably the best. Reed (Clinical Cases in Anesthesia) is also good, but much shorter. But both of these really aren't aimed at the MS3 who hasn't read and grasped most of a basic text like Baby Miller or Morgan & Mikhail.
Reading the first ten or so chapters of Baby Miller, and flipping through Secrets or Pearls would probably serve you better on a short MS3 rotation.
