What books do you recommend for level 2?
book recommendations for comlex?

I just got my Step 2 COMLEX scores back, and was quite shocked, I scored a 99%ile on it. (93%ile on COMLEX I).
Here's what I did:
Read:
Blueprints for OB/GYN
Blueprints for Pediatrics
First Aid for the USMLE Step 2
OMT Review by Savarese
The OMT on Step 2 is EXTREMELY easy (and not very much of it). Know your sympathetic levels, and Fryette's Principles. Be able to Dx sacrum.
Those were the only books I used...
