We're just having our first day of classes tomorrow. I saw some people using these while they were studying for the boards.

Does anyone have a book stand that they are pretty happy with?

Some of the things I'm looking for are:

*ability to hold thick textbooks upright and preferably open
*pretty lightweight
*able to fold and fit in a bag
*pretty inexpensive

I'd appreciate any input

Thanks,

I have one. It works for all sized books. Didn't have a brand-name, just a price tag. Collapsing metal frame, very light weight, fits in a bookbag. $5.99+tax at my campus bookstore.

Honestly, I've never seen mutlple brands of textbook stands that would require comparison shopping...

I have an Easy Reader and really like it. It's plastic with a metal clip (when closed it can serve as a clipboard). Cost around $20.
