Boston U. Secondary

The BU secondary asks for the following regarding recommenders:

Name
Relation or Position
Title

I'm assuming something like "professor" or "supervisor" goes in the position field. However, I was unsure of what to put for title. Does this refer to salutation like "Dr." or "Mr."? Or possibly something like "Associate Professor" or "Primary Investigator"?
