Anybody try this? Successful?

I've been getting a lot of patients with chronic post-surgical incisional pain lately.

How may units do you typically use?

Thanks.

Both alcohol and phenol would be much less expensive.
i have seen both pulsed and conventional RF work as well.

Did the marcaine or lidocaine block relieve the pain 100%?

I would inject with 98% alcohol as the next step, though phenol may have less risk of post-procedure dysesthetic pain. Volume= 1cc per cm of scar.

i find triamcinolone to work wonders on surgical scar pain -

the idea of injecting phenol or alcohol gives me the hibbijeebies...

i have had some patients do GREAT with surgical scar revision by a plastic surgeon -
