This question can't be posted b/c it has a graph, but can someone please help? I understand how to eliminate A, but no the others. Thanks!

i assume the question is number 1?... so it is a noncompeetitive inhibitor. with those only the Vmax is lowered but Km stays the same. Km, being the substrate conc. at half Vmax, will be somewhere along the X-axis because it is 1/. So look for a graph where all 3 lines have the same X intercept, which is B.

The eq. for lineweaver burk is 1/V = (Km/Vmax)(1/) + 1/Vmax

So when X=0 you have y=(1/Vmax). when y=0, you get -1/Km

A has all different Km and Vmax.
B has different Vmax and same Km
C has same Vmax and different Km
D has different Vmax and Km
