did anyone get accepted/waitlisted/rejected from brown today or this week? my brown status page just changed to: Your file is in process, thank you for your patience. ...and i'm not really sure what that means.

My page stayed like that for a couple days (so don't hold your breath) and then I was able to click on the button and see the decision. Good luck!

Middle of Feb.-- 16th I think? Good luck :luck:

I interviewed in Feb, and my status changed today just like yours: the un-helpful button was replaced by an equally un-helpful message about file "in process."

Apparently at least some decisions have been made, but Brown is still waiting to hear from the accreditation board on whether (or by how much) they will be permitted to increase their class size.

Hi - I never got the pending status, but the decision was changed to waitlist this afternoon. Has anyone been rejected post interview, or is everyone either waitlisted or accepted?

I get the feeling that very few people are rejected. And sorry to change the subject, but when I interviewed, I didn't actually see a building with a sign over it that said Brown Medical School. Do any of you know if there is a building specifically dedicated to the med school or is it totally mixed into the undergrad buildings?

waitlisted.....i knew it! they could've just told me earlier.....

I decided not to take a spot at Brown, hopefully somebody who's very intersted will be there instead. Good luck to you all.

yes there is one building with a "Brown med" flag over it. This is the Biomed building...pretty nicely redone interior, lecture halls are nice, labs are pretty good (even if they are in crypt like basement). This biomed building also has all bio classes....but many will move to new life sciences building. Its a pretty nice place for med students.
